In a room hewn of gray-green netherworld stone... a floor lined with pews headed by an iron lectern... pulpit to some dark and forgotten demon or black deity once worshiped in this foul place... Slaughtergarde... this sliver of it bound to the worship of dreadful powers... so it would seem, for many of its rooms hold images and objects of hellish worship. Standing about the room amidst the burnished pews are Saille, Drauphnir, Hilda, Ivellios, Jalis and Brilliant. Lying captive, bound and gagged is the strange snake man. He'd burned Saille with acid from his palms in the fight but now made no effort to escape. Saille knew he could, since her ropes were certainly not acid proof. The snake man knew he was not quick enough and was outnumbered... points of negotiation...

Saille began the interrogation, learning that the snake man's name is Shenn. He is Yuan-Ti. Shenn asks if his black dragon companion is dead and is saddened to find out that it is.
